In our independent remediation & monitoring practice, we provide our clients with advice and support on remediating matters related to Regulatory or Internal / External Audit findings.

Regulatory Remediation

We provide management and oversight services of the regulatory remediation activities delivering an independent assessment to senior executives on progress and issues. As experienced practitioners, we can assist with the development of remediation strategies or assist with the preparation for regulatory inspections.

Our consulting approach

Our mandates are conducted either as full time advisory staff, part time advisory staff or on an annual retainer basis, for a defined set of resource, each month.

Discuss

We lead and encourage discussion to quantify the scope of assignments and to validate our ability to add value to each client assignment.

Action

We will create a formal proposal, together with the assignment expected expense, for each client to validate and gain internal approval for positive action.

Validate
